A wonderful heart shaped piece of Sonoran Dendritic Rhyolite jasper.
The stone is embellished with small seed beads in colors of cranberry, mauve, and plum to compliment but not detract from the spectacular dendritic 'branches' in the cabochon.
It is edged in tiny seed beads in a scalloped stitch which gives a lacy effect to its heart shape and a single string of fringe beads hangs to one side of center.
This pendant measures 3 in including the beaded bail and is 2 1/2 in wide.
Backed by soft grey suede it hangs on a 16 in beaded rope done in chenille stitch with a ss hook and eye style toggle.
This wonderful piece has a very unusual pattern and colors and is just $130.00.
I have always been attracted to all things natural and earthy. As a bead artist living here in the southwest desert I am surrounded by wonderful lapidary folks giving me access to unusual cuts of jasper and agates that lend themselves to the unique "one of a kind' beaded jewelry I design. Working with natural stones and seed beads which I embroider onto leather or suede using my own original designs with native stitches and techniques I sew or loom each piece individually.Website: www.gaudybyneola.com
